Exchange policies

OVERVIEW

At EVEMEN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need a different size, we offer an exchange option for up to 5 working days after the product has been delivered.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Exchanges are only available for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Customers must request an exchange within 5 working days from the date of delivery to qualify.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team at orders.evemen@gmail.com / 8302000205 to initiate the exchange process.
  2. Provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the size you would like to receive.
  3. You will receive guidance on how to return the unwanted item and obtain the new size
  4. Please note : Exchanges are subject to availability.

How to Request for Store credits:

  1. If you feel the product does not suit your style you can simply ask for store credits which will be valid for 6 months.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your returned item is received.

Processing Time:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange within 2-3 business days.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Please note that certain items may not be eligible for exchange, such as Caps.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are only issued if we are unable to provide you with the product you ordered.
  • If a refund is necessary, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
