SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing, pending product availability and payment verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be refunded. Please confirm that all order details are correct before completing checkout.

Evemen does not ship on weekends or major holidays. All orders are shipped from Jaipur, India.

You will receive an automatic confirmation email and WhatsApp message once your order is placed. If you do not receive confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk email folder.

Due to high demand, items may become unavailable even after your order is placed. In such cases, store credit will be issued via email after cancellation has been approved by our team.

All orders are reviewed by our security team and may be cancelled by Evemen at any time.

Once your order has been processed by our fulfillment team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details enclosed.

Shipping delays may occur during special releases, holidays, or markdown periods.

 

PRE-ORDER POLICY

Items marked as pre-order will ship upon arrival at our facility. All pre-order items are charged at checkout using the payment method provided.

Once placed, pre-orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

SHIPPING METHODS

For domestic orders within India, Evemen offers complimentary standard shipping (3–5 business days).

For international orders, please consult your local customs office for assistance with estimating any additional charges, or proceed to our checkout page for automatic calculation.

LOST PACKAGES

Once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, Evemen is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. All delivery risks are assumed by the courier.

All items purchased during sale or promotional periods are final sale. Evemen reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue any markdowns without prior notice.

Price adjustments will not be honored for previously purchased items if their prices are later reduced.
