At EVEMEN, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible, which includes timely shipping of your orders. Below are the details regarding our shipping timelines for different types of products.

Shipping Times:

  • Ready-Made Products: We generally ship ready-made products within 3-4 working days from the date of your order confirmation.
  • Made-to-Order Products: For made-to-order items, please allow us 12-14 working days to ship your product, as we take extra care to craft each item specifically for you.

Order Volume Notice:

Please note that during promotional periods or sales, orders may take a little longer to dispatch due to high order volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

Shipping Methods:

We offer various shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited shipping. The logistics provider we use for shipping orders is Bluedart. Shipping times may vary based on the selected method and your location.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Refund policy

Please note that we may change the terms and conditions of returns, refunds, and exchanges for an order from time to time. Kindly check the portal every time before use to review the policies and terms and conditions applicable at that time.

 Return Policy

1. We offer exchanges within 5 working days from the date of delivery.

2. The exchanged article will be dispatched within 2-3 working days as soon as the quality check is done and approved.

3. We do not initiate pickups from our end; you have to send the package back to the warehouse address.

4. Please return the products in the same condition as they were shipped. If the products are not in a resalable condition, we will not proceed with the query.

5. Cancellation of orders is only permitted for COD orders until the order is dispatched from the warehouse.

6. All prepaid orders are final; we do not offer cancellations and refunds.

7. Any refunds issued will be in the form of store credits of the equivalent amount, valid for 6 months.

9. Refunds will only be given in cases where the fault is from our end, for example, if the article is defective or delayed even after the promised time. 

Returns & Exchanges Policy for Black Friday Sale

To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review the following terms for Black Friday sale orders:

1.      No Returns:

     We do not offer returns on Black Friday sale orders.

2.     Exchange Requests:

○       Exchange requests must be initiated within 4 days of receiving your order.

○       Requests made after 4 days will not be accepted.

3.     Exchange Process:

○       Once your exchange request is approved, it will take a minimum of 25 days for you to receive the new item.

    You are responsible for arranging the return pickup. Alternatively, we can arrange the pickup for you at a nominal fee of ₹200.

    In case we don't have your desired size available, you can select an alternate product of the same amount or store credits will be issued to you which can be used within 3 months from the issue date.

4.     Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items:

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

○Issues reported after 24 hours will not be entertained.

○Please note that socks, caps, and bandanas or any other accessories are not eligible for exchanges.

5.     Delivery Timeline:

Please carefully review the dispatch dates mentioned at the time of purchase.

○Kindly note that delays in delivery may occur due to the high volume of orders during the Black Friday sale. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
