Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- We do not have an exchange policy; only returns are accepted. We will arrange for the items to be picked up and provide you with store credit. Additionally, a fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your store credit for the pickup.
- Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached.
- We reserve the right to decline returns if items appear used, washed, damaged, or spoiled (unless they arrived damaged).
- If you’ve received a defective item, please email us photos, and our Customer Experience team will assist you.
RETURN POLICY FOR SALE ITEMS:
- During any sale or promotion period, all sales are final. There will be no exchanges or returns on any product purchased during the sale.
- Evemen reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue markdowns at any time without notice. No adjustments will be made for purchases if Evemen lowers the price of an item you have already purchased.
